Thank you more water and air for sending Chad to our home. He just came here and changed our water filters. We have a lot of service people come here to our home to do work on things like our furnace or our lawn watering system. Chad is one of the best service personnel we’ve ever had come to our home. He is very polite, very courteous, and very thorough on what he does. He did an excellent job and explained everything he was doing for us so we fully understood. We are both very hard of hearing. He was very careful to make sure we understood what he was saying. We hope you’ll give him a pay raise so you don’t lose him. He is an excellent service person. By the way, we love our water softener and water purification system.The vails Olathe
